Move dilemma:
Currently @ Arthur D. Little Limited Dubai as SE Manager w/ base comp of 285k $ + 10-15% bonus. Vert limited fit w/ people & projects in the region (MEI) & not motivated by seniors. Not happy w/ the job but good WLB. Very likely to promote to Pr which would include a 20-30% jump in total comp but shift to more variable
Move to MBB as PL. Projects & people are supposed to be great and he could see himself in the long run. Comp is 170k $ + 60% bonus. Will take 1.5y to move to Pr

See a doctor. Night sweats can be a symptom for a lot of weird stuff
Rising Star
I have that too and it started after the pandemic. The getting super hot symptom Is what bugs me the most. I think If the problem doesn’t go away it will slowly eat away at our energy during the day.
Sleep is so integral to your overall health - I would always see a doctor if having prolonged sleep issues
This happened to me when I started using a humidifier pretty much 24/7 in my condo (I live in Denver, thought it would help with dry skin). Same symptoms that you describe. I was miserable and couldn’t figure it out, but the symptoms went away when I stopped using the humidifier. I don’t know for sure, but I think the humidifier may have been spreading allergens or mold or something like that- not enough to make me really sick but enough to cause these symptoms. I know it’s a long shot, but wanted to bring it up just in case it’s relevant to you.
Have same problem here. I think mine was related to medication I’m on though
Yes (time to see a doctor)
This has been happening to me recently as well. Strange
