I guess you could go to his or her place all the time. But at a young age being able to pay off loans is key, boning can wait
You must be saving so much money. How do you bone tho?
So much, I just invest everything in hopes to pay off my loans asap and buy an apartment. As far as the second part, that my friend is the struggle
Oiiii you guys. Use that extra cash to alt travel together all the time
I wish I could’ve lived at home for a year or two. You save a crazy amount of money
Damn, I respect your massive savings account. But I moved out to go to college and then just stayed out. Couldn’t go back once I tasted sweet freedom and having my 20s all to myself without limits. Looking back I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
DD1 unfortunately gf lives home too👎🏻
@OP, I’m doing the same. My goal is to pay loans off by the end of the year and then escape after that!
I’m doing this now, OP. Was hoping to be traveling then got staffed on a local project
😩🔫
Definitely saving a shit ton of money, though. Hopefully will have put away $20k or so by July when I’m getting a place with some friends.
OP i do as well. Made a plan based on savings and bills to determine when I’d be able to afford a one bedrm in my high COL area. In terms of boning, I only date guys with their own place
not to be racist but ‘asian culture’ tend not to frown upon your situation
EY 3 keep pushing!
EY 4 thanks?
pay your parents rent...or volunteer to pay bills
A1 I do, as well as pay for them to go out from time to time. I try to play my part
I’m in the exact same situation as you. Long distance gf as well so we use my points to stay at hotels for weekend trips. Loans already paid off so I’m trying to save up for an apt. Looking into additional school (mba) or might try to find a cool city to move to.
Stay home, save your money, buy an apt. You can always “stay-cation” with your gf for some alone time
Read an article recently that 75% of millennials are not financially independent and rely on their family. You seem to align with the norm for your generation
Just curious, how old are you?
EY 1 that’s tough, luckily my gf is close
P1 23
A1 I’ve heard that. I’m not Asian though soooo
No. I grew up right out of college.
