Do you know your triggers?
I had an episode recently based on a new trigger, and it was brutal. I usually try to be aware of my triggers, but even then I usually have to rush home to take my medication.
Hopefully others will have good advice.
I think it was my birthday- I turned 25 and I am not where I want to be. I thiiiiink maybe what I figured was the normal quarter life crisis feeling that everyone gets could have been the start but I’m still unsure :/
Sometimes when I become hypomanic it’s because of an anniversary of a traumatic event, but mostly it’s random. Been diagnosed for 8 years and still working on figuring those out.
