What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

Hi Tony!
Need a lot more specifics...that's like asking "what tech exits are there"

Pros as a country we like spending money on the military so you are probably fairly safe unless you are tied to a contract.
Cons you have to be ok with building stuff to blow people up.
From some work I’ve done in that area, it can be really complex work taking the technology side into it (e.g. rockets and satellites v. normal consumer goods) so people tend to have engineering backgrounds, even in some normal ‘business’ functions, and stick around for many years. Even for ‘strategy’ work, you need to have a decent handle on where a multitude of technologies are going, geopolitical issues, and stuff like that. Very interesting area though!
Pros: stability, interesting/complex operationally
Cons: slow-moving behemoth, full of lots of paper pushers
