Should I go from an SDR in an established member of a competitive market to a TM at a new kid on the block startup. Both companies have very similar products. The company I’m at now is 10 y/o and has a little under 300 employees, the new company has probably 30-50 employees and has been around for a year. What are some things I should be considering before making the jump?

Where would be a good starting place to secure an entry level tech job with no degree or experience in tech? I’ve worked in the hospital the last eight years .

What are some of the common exit options for the manager level? Looking for TC to be close to or over $200K. I know it’s heavy tech in the US, but what does that translate to here?

I am currently working on my MBA in a professional evening and weekend program at a highly accredited university. I am thinking about transferring to a much smaller private online program, specifically because they offer a concentration in organizational health, which directly builds on my doctoral research. Does great depth and specialization outweigh the value of a highly respected generalist degree?

Hey folks, I want to exit into industry by year end, and ideally I’d like to target associate director or SM roles at biopharma (thinking corp strategy, Portfolio planning, BD&L). I have roughly 2 YOE with a PhD.
