Ugh no pay increase and then only 2.5k YE bonus. Seems underwhelming; are there no YE increases if you get promoted in summer? As a staff, we got pay bumps every 6mos.

CTC dilemma:
I have 13 yoe . I am working with a global Bank for past 9 years . My current CTC is about 18 LPA which is bit on lower consider side considering existing market conditions. At my experience level , CTC should be around 30 LPA or more . I am getting offers however HR speaks only about 30% hike over CTC . How can I correct my CTC as per market.
