Want to move from Big 4 -> MBB post MBA but I'll have a sponsorship offer...what do?

Just received an offer from another big 4 firm that was substantially less than I currently make (more than 10%). Do you guys think it is worth negotiating or should I just pass on it?

Hi fishes, I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained. Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end. I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon." Let me know a proper response. Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?

Is anyone else at B4 getting slaughtered? Wait listed everywhere so far despite 760 and above average stem GPA at all schools i applied to. Leadership is probably a weak point for me ill admit but certainly not non existant and I know my ECs are above average. I feel completely blindsided

Are there any ppl here who have lost 70+ pounds? I know there are countless other places to find ppl but I feel like everyone in big 4 is fit and slim. I’d love to hear how you tackled your weight.

Is Accounting really worth it on the long term? I noticed a lot of people are ok with their salary but not necessarily in terms of WLB. I wasn’t informed very well when I used to be a student, but now it seems a lot of others paths and career suggest a great salary for a 40-45hr work week. What are your thoughts ?

I just started at a big 4 recently and staffed on is an ERP implementation with offshore employees. I've had some experience with ERP but from accounting side not tech. This project is more tech focused than I am expererinced with. Plus the project has been going on for the last year. So I have a lot of learning to do. I know I can learn it with a little training. Howdy y’all. I will begin my first year of law school this August. My best offer came from SLS (a total surprise!) and my second best came from NYU. (I applied to CLS as well, though their decision is pending.) Living in NYC is on my bucket list — I love the area and fully intend on working in Manhattan. BUT — SLS could not be farther west.
