Want to move from Big 4 -> MBB post MBA but I'll have a sponsorship offer...what do?

Anyone ever transitioned from account to integrated production? Any tips or suggestions?

My contract is close to ending with a verbal offer on table to stay for 30k. I am looking for something more techanical in the engineering field that matched my abilities more. Is it worth the move even if I don't have anything lined up. Personally don't think I can handle job and applying all at same time due to increased anxiety.
