2 attorney firm in nor cal. We have 3 staff. We give our office manager ~$10k (her salary is $90k before bonus) and legal assistants $2k-$3k (they make about $50k before bonus). We do them in early December each year. We up or lower the bonuses based on firm profits but typically the bonuses go up $500 to $1000 per employee each year.
