PwC Hello all,
I'm a chartered accountant in India having a total work experience of 9 years in internal audit including SOX, Enterprise Risk Management and process based audits. Currently, I'm working as Senior Associate in PWC and my company is offering me an international transfer to USA. My preferred location is Los Angeles, CA. I need to know a salary range that I can expect, given my experience and preferred location.

I had a recruiter reach out to me from Google 3 years ago about a role she thought I would be good for. She really advocated for me to be in the role but the hiring managers didn’t feel like I was qualified.
We had a discussion and she gave me a lot of good feedback on how I could be a stronger candidate and encouraged me to reach out to her directly for future opportunities. Fast forward to now, I’ve gained a lot of experience and skills. Should I reach out even though it’s been 3 years?

Who dey?
As someone who works there, it is a great firm with solid culture. Agree that money isn't on par with larger firms, but that should come as no surprise. People look out for you and it continues to foster an entrepreneurial culture absent from other firms I have been at.
Step down. Less money same work.
Less opportunities
More money during good years, same work. Less support. So if you've never built anything from scratch, always used a form/template/questionnaire that someone else came up with and you customized, you will not like a boutique.
Thanks a bunch @WMP1, the money that I'm being offered is actually more than current. I think it's about what you are bringing to the firm too.
Lol! Boutique firm
Less prestige
Less love life
Thanks for the tips!
