Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on
JPMorgan Chase
Do tcs provide any early joining bonus?

Depends on the office though generally
- you get a phone (iPhone 12/13)
- you get a laptop
- meals if working after 8/9pm
- taxi home if working after 9pm
- lunch is included for some offices (London provides it, Middle East lets you expense)
- regular team dinners and events paid for
- fitness benefit depends on region/office
- office events including a full office retreat
- all food if at client site
- a lot of Ubers can be expensed
- travel discounts for personal travel
- egg freezing and ivf paid for
- super comprehensive health insurance policy
Unsure what else there could be
Thank you this is super informative!!

The Healthcare policy is quite fabulous — I didn't think I'd care about it at my age but it's essentially a $100 deductible for almost anything you could imagine, and then insurance takes care of the rest. And it's inexpensive to add another family member (like $15). Simplifying a bit there, but coming from contract work where the plans are expensive and worse, it was a welcome addition.
UK is the same but no deductible
Fitness benefits are pretty crap in Canada. A tiny discount at Equinox.
Phone is paid for, you’ll be given a firm phone that you can use for personal purposes (nothing illegal ofc), usually the 2nd latest iPhone. Plan is paid for as well and you can choose a new number or import your current phone number. 15GB a month, roaming enabled.
Meals can be expensed up to $95 a day, when travelling.
My favourite perk; fast track status to hotels and airlines, and you can pay hotels on personal card to get all the points/multipliers.
Flights are a no-no. You’re supposed to pay with firm card but I’ve expensed food on personal card before. YMMV.

I think pretty much all consulting firms offer the benefits you mentioned.
Doing a benefit analysis... this is not actually the case!
