Farmers carries will give you big forearms. if your gym has a trap bar, load up 50-60% of your max DL and just carry it from one of the gym to the other.
Don't neglect to exercise the rear head of your deltoid (shoulder). Face pulls are my go to for this on the cable machine. Fully rounding out the side profile of your shoulder makes a big difference in your appearance and most people neglect it for some reason.

Exercise your neck. You don’t have to look like Kurt Angle, but your neck should be proportional and thick necks are functionally beneficial too

Shoulders! Esp if you are more feminine
Biceps if you are more masculine
Pilates core work regardless is great for ab lines
Personally the fastest ab definition for me is oblique work, which can be hip dips or russian twists or yoga or planks or pilates
Triceps make up 2/3 of your arm mass…don’t neglect them for your biceps!
