Great part of town - very artsy, close to downtown, great music, great restaurants and cool laid back hipster vibe

East Nashville!

I am Atlanta to Nashville- you will love the change! If no kids probably stay in Davidson. East Nash, Brentwood, or West Meade/Bellevue (more suburban but nice). If thinking kids later and want to buy low and see crazy appreciation in good school zones, Williamson, Wilson or Rutherford counties are all good and will get you around 3000 sq ft in a new build for that price range.

Thanks!! I was looking at West End and Green Hills so far. Any thoughts on those areas?

Lots of traffic but houses there are always going to be in high demand so definitely good investment. It’s also midtown so you’re close to most things

Does anyone have any opinions on living in The Nations part of Nashville?

It’s up and coming. Lots of good restaurants and bars also but a bit far from downtown/the central city. The area is also quite walkable

Are you planning to stay a part of the Atlanta office? Is so, are you aware of any restrictions around living in a different city? My wife is interested in living in Nashville but it’s not an S&O office.

I am planning on staying part of the Atlanta office. Initial conversation with my counselor said I would be fine as long as I go into the ATL office when needed. I know a lot of people in S&O who live in cities that aren't their office locations.

Hi, can someone tell me if I need to manually claim higher rate tax relief on Accenture UK workplace pension e.g. via self assessment? I had assumed it was all taken care of out of the pay packet as it’s a net pay scheme but I have a financial advisor telling me otherwise. It’ll be the first I ever heard about it if so…guess I’ve lost a load of money…???

After listening to the Mike Saylor podcast with Lex Friedman, it made me reconsider my notions I had about BTC layer 2. IMO ETH has thoroughly eaten BTC’s lunch from a development/dapp perspective. I’m 50/50 allocated in both because as Mike says BTC is durable digital property while I see ETH as the platform for application functionality. Would be interested to hear other’s takes. At the core of it, I’m not sure myself and others will ever want to spend BTC, even if fees were negligible.

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. My position title is changing soon but I’m wondering how helpful that would be for wanting to go into PM work at a tech company. Anyone have any career pivot advice? (Also I’m only 1.5yrs old in my career so I’m definitely still new, and I have previous experience as a project assistant).

Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Will it look like I took the easy way out if I chose my segment? They know it’s my current audience and has been for 8 yrs. Would love to hear your thoughts!
