Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

You accepted the terms of the bonus when you accepted the cash. The condition was you’d have to repay if you left the firm within a period of time. It’s your obligation and responsibility to repay it.

PWC 4, In order to be taken to collections and impact credit scores, wouldn’t they need judgement in their favor to establish some debtor / creditor relationship?. Probably not worth the hassle for $5K. No need to be an asshole (remember, dicks fuck assholes), it’s just business and taking care of #1 first
Lol at thinking you need a judgment to send to collections. I had a $61 unpaid hospital bill not get paid because it was paperless statements being sent to the wrong email that was sent to collections.

Lol a PR issue for enforcing a clawback provision. Just save yourself the hassle and don’t assign clawbacks if you are going to do nothing to enforce.
EY 4 - what are you talking about? The place he’s going to is paying the clawback provision and the only reason he asked is to pocket that money. Plus it’s part of the employment contract. The only PR issue EY is having in this situation are people like you and OP making the rest of us look bad.
