What is a “Consulting Analyst” at Deloitte? Is that different from the regular “Analyst” role?

Hey everyone I’m making a large career change. I’m still working at my current role but have been learning to code for a minute. Html, css, JavaScript, python, and SQL. Hopefully by the end of my contract (June 2023) I’ll have a decent portfolio with 4 solid apps. This is my goal. Has anyone else broke into tech w/o a official degree along side it? Hi Fishes, I cleared an AVP role in JP, Hyderabad. I'm currently at 22 LPA and JP is offering a 45% on this. I have 17 years of experience and 13 years association with Deloitte. Should I consider this offer. Deloitte has great flexibility, my last annual bonus was 3.2L. Does JPMC has flexibility and what other benefits do they offer?

In an interview process for a role stepping up from my current but still inside sales. Spoke to the global hiring manager/team I'd be working with 6 times. Built a 30/60/90 day action plan with a very positive response. Most recently chatted with Global manager invited me to last 45 min chat, laid out the structure.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients).
