PE bought 51% then bought out a bunch of partners so firm lost ton of SKE. Utilization targets went up for most of the firm. Budgets for team socials were cut. Yesterday, PTO was cut 3-5 days across the board. Work week increased from 37.5 hours to 40, billable targets have not been adjusted YET. National leadership is in over their heads and will probably see changes in a few key positions at C class level soon. Seems like PE is sinking the ship.
Also PTO payout was cut (it was 40% of the current year accrual)
Precisely, to be more in line with market….
They essentially already were it’s just not written yet, 55 client billable minimum during season vs 55 hours, you do the math you end up way over the target
We lost 3-5 pto days based on level, they “gave back” a floating holiday that they took away earlier this year, and turned an early close day into a full close day (not worth it) the worst is that we earn pto based on 7.5 hour days but come July 1 have to spend at 8 hours per day, so we lose more than a day’s value in our accrued banks.
Also no longer paying out pto on separation.
