I have earned an SFMC email specialist certification and got a free exam voucher valid for next six months. Any suggestions what exam I should take using the free voucher? I have never worked on any salesforce product.

Salesforce 🐠, what factors come into play when you’re selecting an implementation partner to introduce to your customers? I’m seeing a lot of smaller and less-established implementation partners swoop in at the last minute with rock bottom pricing and winning deals that they likely can’t deliver successfully with a small and inexperienced team. Yet it seems that this continues to happen, even in higher market segments. Interested to hear your thought process - thanks!
