Wake up around 8:30, do quick morning routine of teeth, wash face, light make up, and hair, feed the cats, log in at 9, make coffee & breakfast, begin working. Finish at around 5pm and then do errands, cook dinner, and hit my exercise bike. Go to bed around 1 am. I have no kids or significant other, so my schedule is flexible and I can do what I want when I want.
Get up at 9:30 and am ready to start day at 10.
I wake up at 8:45, shower, and start work at 9. Finish at like 6, then stay up until about 1
Needed some non-morning person representation here lol
In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
Well played
I wake up around 7, husband brings me coffee in bed, I scroll on my phone and snuggle with my cat until 7:45, I jump out of bed and throw on zoom makeup, earrings, and a presentable top, and scramble to refresh coffee and grab breakfast before my meetings start at 8. Move this timeline up or down depending on time of first meeting (anytime from 7-9 am). If it’s not a busy morning, sometimes husband and I will go for a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood.
We’re having our first kid next year, so I’m enjoying my lazy mornings while I still can!
7:15-7:30 wake up
alternate between 7:30 indoor yoga/meditation or 8:30 outdoor workout
logon around 9:30 or 10 (client is in a later timezone)
Since I work through my lunch hour (which is my client’s peak time for meetings and I don’t really take long breaks), I can log off at my normal at 5:30-6. Occasionally I take evening calls like my 7-7:30s

Anyone have issues with morning workouts? I don't mind waking up early but even if I run 2-3 miles my body can't warm up enough to lift weights
Maybe potassium deficiency?
Wow…can never understand the early worms who rise at 4:45 am.
I have kids to get ready in the morning. So wake up between 7:00-7:15, brush teeth, wake the kids up, make there breakfast and tea and send them off to school by 7:45.
If I am very tired, I take a quick nap between 7:45 & 8. At 8:00, wash my face, change into a presentable attire, light make up, drink my tea, eat breakfast .
8:45 - log in, read emails, and by 9:00 attend the sync up calls.
Warp up work between 5:00 & 5:30. Sometime extend to 5:45 Pm.
Drink my evening tea, a light snack, and walk the dog around 6:00 PM.
Homework with kids and prepare dinner between before 7:00 PM.
Hit the gym with the kids between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Between 8:00 -
9:00 eat dinner, do some reading, browsing, watch movies etc. More homework.
Send the kids to bed by 9:00 PM. Catch up on left over work between 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM.
In bed by 1:00 am.
Well, you’re like super mom, I hope you’re proud of yourself. And also, I hope you’re able to get sleep more often ☺️
I wake up at 4:30, go to my fitness class at 5-6, shower, make myself some breakfast, put on my face, read the news and be ready by 8-8:30.
Set alarm for 5:15 am lay there for 15 mins or so, go grab a cup of coffee (that is preset to brew at 5 am), putz around (unload dishwasher, tidy up), peloton ride, yoga or walk from 6-7 ish depending on workout. Then shower get on computer before anyone else is on (which is LOVELY) work for an hour or so then go blow dry hair and make myself zoom presentable. Work until about 6 pm and try to get dinner prepped and eaten by 7 pm. Veg - read - watch TV until 9 and the. head up to get ready for bed. Caveat #1: this is my ideal schedule… sometimes workouts don’t get done or shift to right after work if I need to get online early for meetings or to get something done. (Also I would rather get up super early to work than stay up late as being on my computer past 7 or 8 pm ruins my sleep and interferes with eating dinner earlier enough so that I’m going to bed with mostly digested food!) Caveat #2: I’m an empty nester that has lived through the insanity of trying to get it all done while raising a family, so I have flexibility where others might not.
+1 for putzing around. Best part of the morning.
Wake up at 5, stretch, hydrate, gym at 6. Grocery store or other early morning errand, then home to shower and have breakfast. Sometimes I read or paint before starting work.
Gets all my cracks and pops out so I don't feel weak when I'm lifting. All my joints pop so getting my muscles loose means I need less warm up time and fewer light lifts.

Depends. Working west coast hours while traveling between central/east. Most of the time I try and wake up 7-8am est and then figure out my day from there.
