What role am I?

My work includes being the lead POC for a group of business analyst/testers. I instruct them on what to work and review deliverables for quality and accuracy. I keep track of project timelines and releases. I also obtain requirements and facilitate client discussions. I have a manager above me that handles the more technical work. Am I still considered a business analyst? project manager? I feel like I’m a bit of both but confused on what to call my self.

Should you always give/serve your 2 weeks notice? In an inside sales role it almost feels pointless - I am checked out, accepted a new offer and need to focusing on moving to a new city, thoughts?

I had a call w/ a recruiter and after hearing about the job, I *really* want it. But I’m worried I priced myself out of the role. I sent my resume/portfolio after and haven’t even gotten a reply that she received it, and I’ve followed up. I’ve been getting recruiter messages offering salaries up to 120k for copy/senior copy roles (which surprised me) so I gave 110-120 as a range on the call. She hesitantly said she thought 115 would be OK. But wondering if the salary could be the issue? Thought?

Why is it some companies make you reapply to a role when you’re towards the end of the interview process?

To what extent to platforms facilitate union formation? To what extent do they discourage it? You'd think websites like glassdoor, linkedin, and this one would all be in an incredibly powerful position from the point of view of union organizing and the way they design the site could work for us or against us. So I'm asking two questions - how do we use the sites to build solidarity and organize unions but also can the sites better facilitate this process?
