Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Is it a good idea to still switch with the counter offer from Cg Capgemini Tata Consu

I'm excited about the return of pastel colors and floral prints for spring. I think oversized blazers in those colors and prints would be a great addition to any work wardrobe.

I'm looking forward to the trend of mixing vintage pieces with modern basics. An oversized blazer would be a great statement piece to add to this type of outfit.
The micro-mini isn't going anywhere, but as seen on the runways of brands like Altuzarra and Tory Burch, floor-length maxi skirts will be popular come spring. And fortunately, this is one look that works for fall as well.
But really, who doesn't love a little bit of sheer during the warmer months of the year? Whether it takes the shape of a mesh dress or a tight turtleneck for a stylish transitional look. It seems like a terrific option to continue layering in the warmer months.
Probably not everyone's gonna share the same sentiments, but I see the return of bubble skirts and I absolutely adore them!
Does anyone else love balletcore? I'm all for the soft and romantic silhouettes. I think it's my most favorite trend to date. Not entirely sure about ballet flats though. They're not very flattering on me.
I've seen so much hate about drop waist skirts and dresses, mostly from high-waist enjoyers (don't worry, I enjoy them too) but I think they're so chic! I think they feel so timeless, almost like an ode to Audrey Hepburn.
Tip-top tops! As I tend to mostly buy outerwear, pants, and shoes, I am always on the hunt for tops. What I’ve realized, however, is while I appreciate a lovely blouse or statement shirt, I am really a button-up shirt or plain T-shirt devotee.
I think fringe will be back. As a fringe-girl, I am excited!!
