These are the worst but very relatable. I try to reprioritize tasks that feel “doable” to me so I still make some progress even if they’re less important or critical and it can help get me into the swing of things, or at least help the anxiety a bit. I hope you feel better about things soon! Don’t be afraid to give yourself some grace and take care of the anxiety aspect too.
Movement resets my brain most of the time. 20 minute walk or yoga or putting on some music and dancing. In my case, I feel like it boosts the chemicals that are lacking. And then if I'm still struggling, I try to give myself compassion and tackle small things that I can deal with. It's hard and I get you 😞

I listen to rain sounds. It really helps me. Occupies the distracted, unwilling part of my brain and helps me focus.
