Best to talk to an employment lawyer about your specific situation. Chances are their fees will be more than covered with the additional things you’re able to get and if not, you’ll have peace of mind knowing you got a fair agreement
I negotiated to keep my computer (after they removed all the files). It was a Mac that I’ve used at work for around 3-4 years and it meant nothing for them money wise to let me have it.

If they offer you any kind of career consulting or job placement program as part of the package, ask for a cash equivalent instead.
They are terminating you?

Everything is negotiable. All they can say is no. Ask for what you deserve and feel is right for you and your living expenses/life style, until you get situated in a new role. A former employer wanted to give me three months severance including cobra, I negotiated and got six of both.

Yeah it’s a mutual agreement. You want to go, and they want you to leave, so they’ll give you something to go peacefully
