Hi all, Next week, my interview was scheduled in Salesforce triage support engineer role. I have some doubt please clarify me! 1. What are the questions for triage support engineer? 2. What they will prefer? 3. How do I prefer for my interview? 4. What is the salary package for this role? I have three years experience. Please guide me!
Can anyone help me with a referral in IBM?

Are are not leaving you having. Just not from Accenture.
Build some skills through online programs depending on what you want to do. The skills you developed are valuable but sounds like not in the career you want to have.
Yeah pretty much. Like, I get that these soft skills are valuable too, but I don't see a reason why I can't develop them alongside harder more marketable skills. I want to build more traditional MC skills like business casing, financial analysis and strategic cost reductions, but my firm doesn't do too much of it. Not really sure what's next for me
I think right now your are doomed from the get go. It's clear you doubt your abilities.
Start changing your frame of mind. You have experience and try to quantify that. Maybe it's the next big 4 where you get hard skills but right now your on a poor state because of your mindset
You have a fair point. I came into consulting from a science background, and have always felt a little lacking in hard skills. I was hoping to build them early on, but haven't had those opportunities yet and now I sort of feel left behind I guess? Just worried that when it comes time to interview elsewhere I won't be able to translate my current experience into marketable skills
