Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

That sounds like discrimination on the basis of sex. I’d speak to HR. If you don’t feel they’re taking action appropriately you can also file with the EEOC.
Assuming you have, but also intervening in situations where he’s creating a hostile work environment will go leaps and bounds with the women on the receiving end of his vitriol.
That's really helpful, thank you. I've tried to handle it privately (we had an awful 1x1 a year ago) and with my boss. I've been nervous to escalate to HR, but it does affect my work and my clients. I'll start gathering some screenshots and make a plan to take to HR
The company I work for is the same way. They tolerate bad behavior. That tells me they are not a good company. It starts at the top!
I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue. It sounds like you've been taking the proper steps by bringing this to the attention of your manager and the sales VPs. If you haven't already, I would recommend documenting all instances of the sales rep's inappropriate behavior, including screenshots of online exchanges and any incorrect information given to clients.
If they won’t do anything about it quit. They hear you they just don’t care.
