Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Yes add those medical files into your appeal. As long as it comes from a doctor with the scan it should hold weight
Appreciate it!
Do a supplemental claim now that you have new evidence.
Appeals are a black hole.
When was your claim decided? That’ll have some impact on your options.
Got it. So to appeal, you have one year from the date on your decision to appeal.
Now that you have *new* evidence, you have to do a supplemental claim. You can start that easily online. You already have service connection, which is a step in the right direction. Now you just need to make the case. A medical opinion from the doctor will be helpful.
Also, you need to know the rating schedule for the injury and the requirements for each level. Looks like this is typically rated between 0%-20%, assuming this is costochondritis. Depending on your severity, 0% could be appropriate. If it’s not costochondritis, Google the name of the ailment with “VA rating” and there’ll be a ton of stuff to read up on.

Food for thought: there are companies that will help you with this. I'm using one now to file my claim, they also do appeals. Sure they charge you based on your rating, but they also know the system inside and out and are likely to get you the best rating possible.
The company I'm working with charges five months of whatever your increase is, and you can set it up so you pay them as you get paid (as opposed to fronting the money). I don't get a referral bonus or anything, but DM me if you're interested and I'll pass along their info.
Some of them are also super scammy and almost predatory. And depending on the claim, in many cases aren't needed.
There are also free VSOs that will help. And VA-accredited attorneys (that can't charge you more than 33% of your back pay plus various case expenses).
People need to make sure they do their homework on anyone they enlist to help them.
Have doctor fill a DBQ (Disability Benefits Questionnaire). There are different DBQs for different areas of the body/organs/disabilities.
