Too top heavy. I don’t see AI as a problem. You evolve and adapt to survive in this world. Like many corporations, they have gotten too too heavy, too many managers. I’ve experienced many managers that don’t produce much work product and after years of just sitting in meetings all day lose their technical skills. We need more worker bees. Many of the entry level worker bees will easily be replaced by AI through automation efficiencies. I’m a survivor I will adapt. I will live below my means. I will keep my living expenses low and pay off debts. Plan for the worst and you’ll be okay.
I couldn't agree more. I just left a carrier after they kept promoting AVPs, VPs and Directors but laid off the people actually doing the work. Work life balance went down the toilet and they were losing customers. Crazy how people can't see the issue or maybe they just like being the fat cat in the corporate world.
I would say all the extra stuff inside the newer vehicles. Especially when it comes to limited liability claims. If I see 2020+ I know the claim is going to be over policy limits.
On top of that, when the newer vehicles have so much new and unnecessary (in my opinion) tech in them that make the cars cost more to buy, more to repair, and more to insure. More tech means more expensive repairs means higher insurance premiums that a lot of folks can't afford monthly.
I don't know if the industry can keep up with the cost of technology without increasing premiums or increasing the deductibles customers have to pay when they get into an accident.
Or maybe I'm just overthinking these things.

When in zoom training and the so called trainers are laughing and cutting up. You don't dare try to be included. They are above you even though I usually know more than them. That upsets them if you know more.
Over regulation
No it’s not. If you even believe this you’d have a specific regulation that’s harming.
Today's Life Insurance is not your grandparents life insurance. As a Life Insurance Agent I am able to determine who I work with and have a conversation to solve their problems. Wether that is planning for retirement, paying off debt in 8-9 years and paying no more than they are now. It's all about how you do it and with whom you are learning from.
