Nanny up to 18 months and day care after that IMO. Builds resistance (a little bit) by then and learns to socialize. A little bit easy on the wallet and more reliable as well.
Second daycare for the socializing aspect. Good to get them used to being around other kids. They will get sick a lot at first which really sucks, but it’s inevitable at some point
Our nanny is amazing, our kid socialize with friends in the neighborhood and goes to the park every day(summer) nanny also cleans and does laundry. Huge plus IMO
We did daycare. Kids got sick. A lot. Now they never get sick so maybe they were innoculated?
We did nanny for 12 months and then daycare. Kid 2, nanny for 4 months then daycare. It worked well. Always sick for first year of daycare though for both kids. That sucked, but now not sick often
Nanny. the economic s work out and is better for the kids. plus, depending on your nanny it can lay the basis for learning a second (or third) language
How much does a nanny cost? (Non resident)
$20 an hour * 45 to 50 hours a week. Why does 4K shock you so much?
Nanny if you can swing it financially.
