Started my Roth IRA in 2019 and bought some funds that aren’t doing so well. I want to trade them for an index fund that the majority of my Roth IRA is in. Everyone has a different perspective on this but would love to hear yours. Someone has debt ranging say 4-5% interest rates. Do you attack debt more then investing to move towards a debt free life or do you go after investments since they return historically above that then paying down closer towards retirement. I know the latter looks better on paper but what about the psychological factors of being debt free and the guaranteed return on interest savings.

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Just one rejection after another, even when applying with internal referrals from Director or Partner levels. What am I doing wrong?
