When interviewing I have been told it is good to have a few questions ready to ask the interviewers. I'm told it shouldn't be the generic type of " what do you want
to see from me" kind of question. What are some unique and engaging questions you've asked at an interview?

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Is any from valueLabs? I have cleared 2 technical rounds there and they have scheduled 3rd round which is going to be a coding round taken by manger. Any idea what type of problems they may ask ? I am interviewing for automation tester position with java/ python

Had an intro chat / interview with HH canceled bc of “scheduling conflict”. They said they’d reschedule asap. Haven’t heard from them for 3 days. Should I wait, follow-up or set up another call? Am I reading too much into it?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.
