Workout before bc you never know when your workday is going to end

I always have awful workouts in the morning. I need to be up and stretched and stressed from the day and fed to have a decent workout.
Yeah. I get that. I’ve tried morning workouts and they make me incredibly sleepy and ready for a nap. Maybe I’m doing something wrong
Always after since I’m my energy level is cooked and I’m useless during the day if I workout in the morning, and because it’s a good way out of working late on meaningless stuff.
If you’re working out before work and have tons of energy for the rest of the day are you actually going hard enough ? 🤔
100% Before. Maybe you’re feeling sleepy cause you’re not getting enough nutrients? Do you eat anything before/right after working out?

Morning for sure. I’m a puddle of exhausted useless mush at the end of the work day. I’m lucky if I have the energy to even go for a walk in the evenings.

While I understand the logic of before work workouts, since you never know what can happen after, I genuinely am so much better doing it after work. Before I’m just exhausted. It never energizes me.
Before…after is an unpredictable timeline.
I prefer to work out after…but agency life has forced me to work out before. Like others have said, who knows when your day will actually end!
In the morning. My energy is greater than in the afternoon or evening.
Mornings were the best for me. 6-7 am. Great way to start the day and you had a ton of energy to last until your day ended - which was usually up in the air.
