Yes I agree its happening to me too as I was laid off since Dec 2023 and still looking with over 20 years of medical billing experience.
Same here but in application for walmart and some cleaning company haven't hear anything yet
Sometimes companies go with people with less experience because they are cheaper. Not because they were necessarily a better fit

Yes I get that too. Its generated. It gets through a resume system to simmer the candidates, tweek your resume to the description they are needing. Yea it's nothing new. Don't give up though

The first question is, are you in a small town regional area. Smaller nursing facilities are going to have a smaller employee base. The same goes for hospitals in small town areas. Sadly, in order to get a guaranteed job at a SNF you'll have to find a larger facility which could potentially mean more issues but........
As far as travelling, if you wanna travel there's good money in it but right now the GOOD contracts are limited to certain parts of the country.
I have 25 years experience all around in hospitals nursing homes and assisted living but still getting past over they are hiring newly graduates that they can pay 13$ per hr.
Companies don’t want to compensate you for your experience. $$
I get those same email from methodist. 14 years in the field and tells me I don't meet their needs. Like how is that even possible. 5.5 years in SNF, 6 years in hospital and 1.5 years ambulatory care. Make it make sense

Your Not the only one I’ve applied to 40 offices and they all say unfortunately your application was not selected it’s super frustrating :( I been out of work for a month now and can’t find anything all these jobs are “hiring” but they don’t hire :( sorry this is happening to you
