Right now, I’d rather have the flexibility. My kids are not young anymore, but having the flexibility with them makes life much easier. When they are older, I’d be more likely to take the pay.
That’s a good point
I would rather choose flexibility. Sometimes a difficult culture cannot make me stay longer and be happy at work as well. Lower pay does not mean that you will get poor, because how much money we would have depending on how we manage our financial habits.

I would definitely take more pay. If I'm going to be there 40 hours anyway, I might as well deal with a little bit of pressure and more money. That just means more resources for my family.
