Would you say your pay is equal to the cost of living right now?

Need some suggestions.
Currently I am working in TCS Kolkata with 6.8lpa, technology - Exchange 2010 (which is already out of support from Microsoft).
I got an offer from Infosys Bhubaneswar with 9.3lpa, technology: Office 365.
My hometown is Kolkata.
Hybrid model is okay for me if it is Bhubaneswar as my in-laws won't allow me to move to a different city. Problem is opportunities are very less in Kolkata and TCS won't hire ex- employees. Should I switch to Infosys or stay back in TCS..

Hi All, I was offered a role with Aecoms San Francisco office working with an energy client for a midlevel associate environmental planner. I wanted to gauge what is a general salary that ones been offered on this team. I felt lowballed at $79k/annual, initially offered 74k. Hello Fishes, l have offers from Hexaware Technologies, HCL, einfochips (Arrow electronics subsidiary) and KPMG India.
Which one will be better in terms of WLB and future growth. CTC is around 18 for all. YOE 6.

Advise on handling rates negotiations with BIPOC and non-male creators? I always want to accept first bid and get uncomfortable when my bosses push to undercut rates (especially now when money is tight), because there is a whole history of BIPOC and non-male people getting paid less. I’ve tried to push back but struggle to articulate this to them. (For the record, I’m POC female and my bosses are white males, and race/gender convos are already very difficult with them.)

Now I am able to do workout about 2 hrs compared to previous week it was just 1 hr hardly.

Initial 2 week I gain weight 79 to 84 kg and I loss the weight to 81 kg.

About my diet, I am taking regular Indian food including Indian Street food.
I just cut down consumption by 50%, and add one blow of fruits which includes papaya, banana pomegranate, grapes, strawberries, watermelon sapota

I dont take everything in one go the blow take full take to end.

Mask wearing inside stores: should it still be encouraged or not?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us.
