Uhm. Just go with the other company. You can’t just keep bouncing back and forth to keep getting counteroffers lol

Think long and hard about how current company will treat you now that they know you’re a flight risk.
That’s been in the back of my mind ever since I gave notice but they begged me to stay. I feel like I’d be such a dick to change my mind weeks later 😣
You were looking for a new job for a reason - which job will actually be what you want aside from comp?
Agree. Unless the only reason OP was looking elsewhere was money…but even still…if you have to quit to get it, do you really want to be there?

which do you prefer ? If you accepted one counter, I don’t see a reason to not ask for a second [no guarantee you’ll get a second]. I don’t see how either scenario is a bad option.
I think this speaks to what a free-for-all the job market is now.
Free-for-all is an understatement. It’s a candidate’s market right now and idk if I’ll ever see anything like this again in my lifetime. I just don’t want there to be bad blood 😫😫😫
You had to go looking for a reason.
I didn’t expect the new company to counter. I feel weird because I already accepted my company’s offer which includes an increase and new responsibilities.

Why did you want to leave initially? Those reasons don’t just go away, unless it was only money. Also, old job can promise the world but do you believe them?
Go with the other company.
Leave - it’s better for you and your old company
