Anyone at EY know about VBM practice and SM comp?

Long shot but wondering what the going salary is for Senior Producers in Toronto?

I’m a producer with six (will be 7 when my current contract is done) years experience in agency production looking to make the transition to Senior Producer and wondering what to settle for/negotiate.

Starting salary for senior in accounting advisory out of NYC (EY FAAS/Deloitte Accounting and Reporting advisory)? Just got an offer for both

I’m curious to hear how agencies are structuring their media fees (10%? 15%? 20%!? of spend) Any performance bonus structures? Would love context too. Platforms you’re responsible for? (Fb only? Google & Fb? Emerging platforms?) KPIs? (Awareness/impressions vs. Full funnel d2c) Scope? (Buy and plan vs. Creative AND buying planning). Curious to learn how others’ have evolved their agreements. My salary just got frozen @ 55.5k (SALT Tax, 1 year of experience). Should I start interviewing for other jobs? Worth it to stay 1 more year and “maybe” make senior? (PwC is 3 yrs to senior standard, 2 yr is early)

I have a Master’s in Accounting, and have 1 more CPA test then I’ll be done. Not sure if I have a strong enough resume to receive decent exit opportunities as a first year associate. I’m about to have busy season again and work 60,70,80,90 hour weeks at my low salary. Please advise!!

Our client, a Manhattan pharmaceutical digital advertising agency is looking for a VP or SVP Brand Strategy.. Needs experience working on a brand with multiple indications in the oncology space (ideally) and be actively working on approx. $7 mil. of revenue.
1st. round of interviews will be internal. Candidate will be asked to present to the agency, then meet the client. On-going work will be remote. The salary range is $165 to $210++ negotiable

I’ve been proposed an exit as Product Owner at a real company, not a consulting one. Staff seems nice, good culture, good salary (less than consulting but well), BUT I would have to move countries for that job and start a new life.

I’ve also been proposed a Manager position at a consulting company in my home city, with potential of bigger salary thanks to bonuses. Culture seems good... But I’m sure it’s gonna be a hell lot of work.
