Working at Amazon for 2 years 3 months. 1 year 9 month as CS associate and 6 months as CS RS. I am play on leaving on my king and applying elsewhere. Please suggest best companies to apply and what salary I can expect with my experience.

First year M&A associate. I never came into big law wanting /expecting to gun or make partner, and first year pretty much confirmed that. I'm more than happy to leave for in house in 4-6 years and live a much more chill life. Knowing this, what is the best way to max out the $'s? I'm thinking of considering auto-lateral at year 2/3 and again at 4/5 just for the signing bonus (I know things may change and maybe I wouldn't do it if I loved my firm or got an in house job), but is this viable?

Current financial situation is - ~200k of student loans; ~80k of investments; and a starting salary of 200K. I have no financial support form family and am sure that I will never receive any money/inheritances. I plan to leave Big Law as soon as I can financially afford to do so. (Continued below)

Designation: Senior Associate Consultant
Grade : 4A
YOE: 3.2
Current CTC: 10 lpa
Offered CTC : 14.5 (including 10% variable) + 1lakh joining bonus

Is it worth it? How are hikes and appraisals at Infosys, because i know it’s good at my current company . What should i do?

Burnout thread. 2nd year commercial lit associate, I lateraled from a large local (FL) firm to AMLaw 100 about 7 months ago for a big salary increase.
