Fishbowl users report senior consultant salaries are between $90K-$140K. Salary range depends on firm tier, city, bonus targets, and whether you have an MBA.
I have an offer from PWC as an Associate and for EY as a Senior Consultant (financial services). I have a feeling PWC is better culture wise and with WLB but not exactly sure what things are like at EY.
Can anyone give some insights on what the culture and WLB is like within these companies? Not exactly sure what decision to make. I’m leaning more towards EY because of title upgrade, comp package and the nature of the work but I’m also scared because of WLB and culture concerns.
