Which one should I join considering WLB, annual hikes, company perks?

Recieved an offer from Cap Invent at SC, numbers are underwhelming but they're claiming it's an out of band offer, OTE just about matches my existing comp. I'm interim lead of the DigStrat practice at my current firm (similar IT services firm) so would be stepping down to into a team member role at Invent.

Any advice, if they really wanted me would they be offering a decent uplift?

I have a SA FDD offer with Grant Thornton that’s offering $97k base. Also interviewing for a Senior Consultant position with FTI consulting in their OCFO solutions practice (Corporate Finance and Restructuring). Made it past the first two interviews, one of them technical, so I’d really have to collapse to mess up getting an offer at this point. The issue is I’ll have to get an extension on accepting GT’s offer. Is waiting for FTI worth it? Insights on salary comp, WLB, etc. is appreciated!!

Thoughts on LEK exit from Deloitte? Is this considered a lateral move or would it be an improvement. Also looking for compensation for a senior consultant.

Option 1: Stay at Deloitte. Raise to 135k base, 10k spot retention bonus, and likely high end of bonus/salary increase with promo from SC to M (GPS)

Option 2: Senior Program Manager, fintech startup w/ 600 employees, 140k + 15k variable + approx 20k equity vesting annually, with significant upside.

Cool new role, but love my team and momentum at D. Leaving is definitely the right choice... isn't it?

Why do some people say that the senior level at big tech (e.g., L6 at AWS) correlates to senior manager level at big 4?

I get it from a comp perspective since comp is just that much higher. But from a scope/skills perspective, I find it hard to believe that L6 is closer to SM than it is to SC.
