Has anyone flown to India via Lufthansa recently? Has there been any issues?

I booked a round trip flight to Dubai through Expedia, and I wasn't allowed to board my flight. I showed the gate agent my passport, vaccine card and Negative PCR test, and I was told they wouldn't let me board because my PCR test didn't have a QR code.

I've spent hours on the phone with Expedia and they end up transferring to Emirates to have them rebook my flight. The representative at Emirates claim they cannot help and ask me to contact Expedia. It's been a back an forth the last 6 hours.

American airlines miles about to expire in 2 weeks. What to do with them?

Question, how do you equate Delta miles to dollars? Basically the sitch is I booked flights for BFF and I; bc they were so cheap (21k r/t each), and I said I’d cover it/no payment needed. She now needs to change the return leg (I will keep original) to go to an event I am not going to. But changing it is an additional 18.5k miles. That’s a lot total for a domestic trip. I think she should pay that since the end of trip is no longer an “us” trip but idk how to calculate /approach value. Thoughts?

Declined for Delta Amex Gold because Experian report flagged me as ‘too many new cards’. I have only opened 1 (maybe 2 if you count Feb 2021 edge case) card in the last 12 months, and when I pulled my Experian report myself, there was no reference to having too many new cards or anything like the sort.

Going to call Experian Monday to see what’s going on. In the meantime, is it pointless to apply for the Alaska Airlines card until I speak with Experian?

Is it dumb to buy a $2m+ house on an interest only loan? Monthly mortgage payment is $4k instead of $10k with a fixed 30 yr mortgage.

My Delta traveling SMEs: As a United premier 1K I’m pissed at the lack of perks . 1) I can’t combine miles and plus points. 2) NYC to LAX nonstop flights don’t have complimentary upgrades and 3) Tickets using miles do not have complimentary upgrades unless you have the $525 annual fee credit card … I’m frkn pissed. Is delta diamond any better?
