Hey Fishes need one suggestion I have 2 offer :
1. Amex Bangalore : 1.7 Lakh per month after taxes (27 LPA fixed + 2lakh variable + 1lakh joining bonus)
2. Luxoft romania : 2.5 Lakh per month after Taxes (15000 RON per month post tax , 25000 pre tax).

Kindly suggest which one should I opt for.

I need help to make a career related decision and would appreciate the support. What looks best on my cv after leaving Amazon?

1- Linkedin Program Manager that pays around 15-20k less with hopes for progression to senior level within 12 months and it’s fully work from home (which I enjoy)
2-Amex product manager - highest comp and can potentially go fully remote (not sure about culture)

Just got Delta Skymiles AmEx Platinum. Having trouble understanding if I have access to Amex / Centurion lounges with this card? And do I need the physical card to access the lounges or can I show my app? (Asking because I have a flight tomorrow and haven’t received the physical card yet)

Sign-on bonus? Across FAANG I notice some people get sign on bonus without negotiating, some get with negotiation and some straight up get none even with negotiating.

What’s the deal with signon across FAANG is it always on the table or is it per team or depending on the group you’re targeting or just how well you do on interviews?

An individual plan is $70/yr, but a family plan (up to 6 individual accounts, no need to live in the same HH) is $100/yr. With tax, it'd be $18.13 per person. Each person has their own login and no personal data is shared with anyone else. You'd be on the hook just for 1 year and we could re-assess next year re continuing.
