I'm an associate and will be interviewing law students for summer positions at our firm. Recommendations for questions to ask?

Anyone have any insight into the senior associate interviews for capital one product management? Have a phone interview/screen tomorrow and hopefully the follow on interviews after for the McLean office

Was reached out to by LEK and interviewed and landed offer for Consultant role. Current Experienced Associate at Strategy& and have been here for about a year now doing a lot of fit for growth or basic strategy projects. Is this worth taking? I am more interested in finance and seems like LEK does more CDD work than S&. Thoughts?

Recruiter said they submitted me for a position; I never heard back on that specific firm so reached out myself and firm said they had no prior knowledge or contact with that recruiter and gave me an immediate interview. I ended up joining and just got an email from recruiter saying I’m surprised you didn’t tell me because I submitted you there. Fact is I had an offer from another firm and recruiter was being very shady when I asked to ask firm to connect me with another associate…contd below..

AAS experienced associate offer was 75k base 5k signing. I don’t think I’m being lowballed but should I push for 80? Have another interview hoping to leverage it if I get both offees

Company 2: MAST Global
Rejected from both.
My self confidence has been thrashed.

I am applying to law school and reaching out to folks at my BL firm for recommend letters. I have 2 so far: one from a sr. associate and one from my manager, both who know me very well. I also have a letter from a professor. Would it be superfluous to request a letter from a partner (former co-head of practice group)? The partner is very supportive and even asked if I could be enticed to come back to the firm after school. Most schools only require 2-3 letters. Is there a con to having more?
