What's everyone's experiences (1st or 2nd hand) in EY-Parthenon 's Digital Infrastructure team within TMT?
I have 9 years consulting experience at boutiques and their recruiter reached out to me. At the 3rd round, though references to "late nights" and long hours came up in interviews. I'm used to working 50-55 hours/week and ~60 week when its end of project. However, is it more akin to IB hours in your opinions? And/or is the culture, clients and learning opportunities worth it?
I believe I'm getting my offer from a senior person at Boston Consulting Group (Platinion) tomorrow after multiple interviews. What should I expect on the call? Is it still hard-hitting interview questions? Or just a casual conversation about the offer and compensation package? Do I negotiate? Thanks for any insights!
Interviewed until the partner round for a possible SC role with Deloitte Digital Canada but haven’t heard back since over a month now. Closing notes by the partner were that I would hear back from the HR & will talk soon. Sent 3 follow up emails to the HR with no response. Trying to figure out if getting ghosted like this is normal these days? Quite disappointed tbh. Anyone willing to share their insights / experiences?
Final round with EY, Partner interview...Any insights on what I can ask? This is for PAS group...tia

Boston Consulting Group for positions that need 1 - 2 yoe at BCG - what would disqualify someone with 3.5-4 yoe in a big 4 consulting role in the fit interview? I would think that I’d be better suited given my background than the average industry candidate? What should I emphasize and highlight in the fit portion of round 1?
