Not even a year into my role as a Business Analyst. I get positive feedback from project team and the client. Leads and leadership tell me that they see my role starting to pick up more high level, client facing tasks but also picking up tasks where I’m starting to work on and practice leadership skills within the project but some days it feels like I’m more of a PMO than a BA.

I’m happy to have A JOB in general but am I being told what I want to hear or am I just not seeing the big picture?

What is the difference between an Associate Consultant role (in MBB) vs. a Consulting/Business Analyst role (in McK/Big 4/ACN)?
