Hi Fishes, I am having total 8 years of experience and current package is 12 LPA.
One of the leading investment management company is offering me total CTC as 22 LPA (20 fixed + 2 variable) for Lead Business Analyst role. Please let me know, what is the market standard salary for this experience and position?

Really confused.

3 offers:

1. Lowe's: 13 Fixed, 1.3 variable (Will ask for a counter offer on Monday). Role: Analyst
2. Cashify: 15.5 fixed. Role: Business Analyst
3. 99Acres: 14.7 fixed, 1.65 Variable. Role: Senior Business Analyst

Which one shall I choose.

Getting some ideas about Fair compensation here.
Will be good to get comparable salaries

Currently Technical Business Analyst
3+ years of Exp.
Earning - 83k + 7-10% performance Bonus
Graduated from Univ. Of Waterloo (Top 5 in Canada)

Got 2.1% raise today for next year.

Not sure Whats the range is for my role. Glassdoor and other websites show 70 to 90k.
All numbers are in Canadian Dollars

I have totally 5 years of exp in cloud technology (aws, azure,gcp and node js)

Which one is better to go with ??

Just a year in my first role as data analyst at a big 4 but projects I’m assigned only involve simple research and analysis that any intern can do. Really wanted to use my first job to build more technical skills, but that’s not happening and my manager keeps apologizing for that but apparently there isn’t much they can do. Would you leave or spend a year more? (I’m quite junior and wonder if leaving after a year is bad on my resume )

I have an analyst offer from Alvarez & Marsals’s HIG, but it’s ~10k less than an offer from a boutique firm. However, I really loved speaking with everyone from A&M, and it’s a recognized firm that might boost exit ops in the future. I’m kinda torn here- one thing to consider is that I can choose a cheaper city to live with if I accept the A&M offer and might be able to save more than if I take the competing offer. I’d love some advice on this one!

Offered a Sr Analyst role at a small tech consulting firm (300-400 staff) in Downtown Toronto. What should I expect in terms of compensation? I'm coming from government in a SrBA position with a salary (70-90k) over the last 4 yrs, so I really have no idea what's industry average.
