Have been trained in Java Full Stack Web Development , I have done Data Science Major in University , So would like to pursue Data Analysis if possible,
Technology Stack :- Angular , Tableau,Excel worked with Spring , MongoDB

Accounts got offered an analyst position in Deloitte’s Controllership Advisory department. I’m coming with one year of audit experience, and I absolutely hated audit. Should I accept this position? Looking for something new, and less boring than audit. I want to be able to have room to grow and not deal with boring, tricky, and tedious work. Need advice. Thank you!

Does it make sense to jump to another firm for a 6K-8K increase in base? Currently making 82.8K as an analyst and was offered a position that’s a level above my current one however the new base is 88K. I think I could get it up to 90K but that’s as far as it’ll go. I’ve been applying for months and this seems like it’s pretty much my last option and I’m desperate to leave my current role but I don’t want to make the wrong decision. 2.5 YOE.

I currently have an offer for an accounting position that has a great pay increase from my current position but I’m also in the middle of interviewing and have one last round with another company for a financial analyst position that I would prefer over accounting. However the final rounds won’t be until first week of January due to the holidays. Could anyone give me advice on what to do? The pay for the second position would be slightly higher than my current offer.

I recently got an offer from Deloitte USI for 10lpa +1L Variable role is senior analyst in enabling area, my YOE is 3.5y, is this the max they pay for this role, hr was willing to reject the offer than pay more.

Are finance business systems analyst roles at top SaaS companies (Google, Amazon, Meta) considered dead-end or a good exit from implementation consulting? What is the trajectory/possible to move to CTO/leadership eventually from these roles?
