If leaving as a manager at S&, what comp in terms of base / bonus should i realistically target? Currently at ~200k base with ~60-70k bonus. Want to exit to an industry role (can be tech or non-tech). Based in Texas.

Should I take this offer? Currently M2 tax manager at B4 based in BANW with just under 120k salary 6Yoe. The industry offer is base 30% increase + 15% bonus and 100k equity 4yr vesting. It's a SF based fintech company and the team seems great. It will be fully remote position. For many reasons I started looking outside of PA and this offer seems great. But now that I actually have an offer, I think I am a bit nervous now. Any inputs/words of encouragement would be appreciated.

Anyone have insight into revenue accounting? I’m interviewing for a sr revenue accountant position and wondering if it’ll be too pigeonholed. I also have zero background in this type of accounting so it would be completely new to me, but the hiring manager didn’t seem to mind that I don’t have any experience in this area.
