Does anyone here work for United Health Group? I was just offered an RN case manager position with this company and I just wanted to see if anybody else worked for them and what your opinions were. I know somebody that left Franciscan to join them and has said nothing but great things about it I was just looking for some more feedback and opinions! Thanks!!

My firm recent filed my I-485 (yay!) It’s for a “manager” position but I’m on track to being promoted to senior manager in October and I don’t think it’ll be done processing by then. The rolls and responsibilities don’t change much but the salary does. Is that an issue?

Offer from Genpact Senior Manager 150k base + 10 pc bonus and 5k sign on. Is this a good offer ? Currently making 112k. YOE 6. Might ask for AVP role HCOL

When and how do you tell recruiters and hiring manager that you are interviewing with other companies at the same time? Currently interviewing with four companies at different stages, but think I might have scared some off early on? These are mostly tech companies for corporate roles.

Input needed. Received offer from McK as a manager on solutions side. Currently Sr. associate at boutique (generalist). Just received a promotion to engagement manager that I thought I had no shot at. New comp is now slightly higher than McK offer. Am I crazy to question the jump? What other things should I be considering? Exit opps, benefits, advancement, etc. Thinking I should leave to get McK on the resume, but hard to leave money on the table. Realize a lot of factors, but any thoughts? TIA

I have got an offer from PWC India consulting practice for the senior manager role.

Verbally the HR has confirmed that it will be year 2 SM role but it is not mentioned in the mail neither they are confirming this on mail.

Want to know from current employees if there is any sub level mentioned in internal systems for the same role, something like SM1, SM2 etc?

Got promoted to manager this year and making 152k. Got an offer from BCG Platinion but they're bringing me as a Senior Consultant for 160K.

I tried other exit ops at Amazon, FB, MSFT, Walmart, Mastercard, etc but they never followed through past the initial interview or call with the recruiter.

Would the move to BCG be a good idea? I'm stuck at EY doing implementation work I'm not enjoying and I'd be doing more IT strategy and management at BCG which I enjoy more.

I want to pursue a partnership role with another firm. However I'm stuck with updating my resume. I've held progressively more responsible roles starting with HR Consultant up to a Practice Manager / Director. How do I change my resume, shifting away from the consulting aspect to partner level responsibilities? Any suggestions for help with this?

Im working with Optum for the past 3 months as a Sr Product Manager. A recent reorg has me reconsidering my role here.
I am in final rounds of interviews with Resmed, Kaiser Permanente, CVS Health and J&J for the same role. These companies are offering 20-30K more than Optum.
Any insight on any of these companies? Specifically in product management teams? Work life balance, product appeal, travel requirements, benefits etc.... Thanks!

Is it possible to exit from audit to FDD as a manager? I’m an S3 looking to switch

I am a Technical Product Manager at Accenture that would love to find a role/project that focuses on "Personalization & Content Discovery" such as a Spotify/Amazon/Google/Meta/Netflix/Disney etc.

What are some technical skills or subjects I should get a better understanding of to better position myself? I am by no means an engineer, but it would help me understand what is possible with today's technology vs fantasy.

Imagine hiring someone to paint your house. The painting company sends their planners and accountants and social media managers to you with the painter. They tell the painter, THE ONE TRAINED AND HIRED TO PAINT, that, "the team had some thoughts." They proceed to absolutely wreck your shit. Then they blame the painter when you don't like it.

I have an offer from Genpact at 4D Band (Senior M ~ Exp Senior Consultant IMO) for TC of $150K Base + 10% Bonus and one expecting from EY at M1 level for $150-160K Base.
Both firms are similar on salary but the position. The next level at Genpact is AVP which I feel is equivalent to Manager only after 2 years. Should I choose Manager level at EY or should I choose a lower level with equal pay which will kind of help me set lower expectations

Any idea how much Qualcomm pays for an OT specialist with 3 years of Consulting experience and 4 yrs of additional experience? Had an interview with the hiring manager and he said that he was not at liberty to share the compensation range yet.

What’s the best certification or course to take to build a career within HR. My career has not been linear and I feel it’s hard to sell myself as a candidate to the right roles that I’d like. Background: Office manager, personal assistant, Regional Manager(this was a startup environment where I wore a lot of different hats; Project Management , EA, Full Cycle Recruiting, People Operations, logistics, L&D, etc), HR & talent coordinator. My end goal would be in a Head of People role.

Any insight on technical part of the interview for McKinsey internal manager role of strategy and operations? I spoke to the recruiter today and they scheduled the interview for tomorrow not giving me any time to prepare. A little unexpected but I don’t want to miss the opportunity. Any details about working at McKinsey internally or their technical recruitment process is greatly appreciated.

I’m interviewing for a MD/exec level role within industry.. big jump in pay etc. I’m through the first and second round (recruiter, then hiring manager). Now there’s at least 5 more - stakeholders, other direct reports of hiring manager etc.. ending with one more interview with the lead if all goes well.
My question is what might be the sorts of questions and conversation with these other stakeholders?

I'm halfway through a contract position and enjoying it, and would like to transfer to full-time, but I worry about the 90-day gap in employment and that I wouldn't be able to find the same position remotely with this company. (have finance probs I won't delve into now.) Not sure how to a) tell my manager that I want to transfer to FTE but do not want to move or b) how/when to figure out my next move. Anyone willing to DM/maybe give some advice?

I'm based in Toronto working at a fund manager in an ops role, making 100k TC with 3 YOE. I want to jump into something exciting and fast paced like consulting, PE or VC. I'm wondering if I have the background needed to make the move, as I didn't go to a top school.

I left consulting as a Manager in strategy and now am in corporate strategy in industry. Given the hiring spree, I am thinking of moving to MBB but have only been in this new role for a few months. Would MBB consider me?

Prophet Consulting Engagement Manager or Uber Product Marketing Manager?

For context Iv been in consulting for 6 years at Big4 and a boutique straight out of undergrad. Going into this process I told myself I need to exit consulting and broaden my work history, but felt the strong urge to apply to Prophet since they were at one time my “dream consultancy”

Got comprable offers from both…anyone have any advice or thoughts on how to chose or have a strong feeling on one?

I had a first round interview with a hiring manager yesterday.

Does anyone still send thank you emails to interviewers after each round? Or is it best to wait after the entire interview process is finished? Or has the practice fallen out of fashion altogether?
