Salary range for account manager digital ads @ Google ?

Talked to a place today running a temporary to potential hire program. Agency is better than any I’ve worked at. Salary is a paltry 18/hr. I would probably have to move home and work West Coast hours on East Coast time. Is this even remotely worth it?

Just witnessed a company take down the job listing for a ‘Senior Social Strategist’ role and re-upload the same exact job description, tacking on a few additional job requirements, under the title ‘Social Media Manager’. Sounds they are trying to hire for a Senior level role but pay a mid-level salary lol

Applied to a copywriter job and discussed salary with the recruiter - 90/95K would work on their end. Just spoke with the hiring manager, who mentioned this being a “senior copywriter” role. If that’s actually the case, should I try to negotiate more $$ if I get an offer? And why would the job posting not say senior if it is?

If you find out a place was willing to offer you more than you originally asked and you’re still in the interview process - is it a bad look to change your answer further in the process?
Example:
-What’s your salary range?
90-95k.
- great we’re looking at 100k so that’s perfect.

What is the average salary for a Senior Producer in NYC? I currently work for small agency/production company in London and we taking a leap to begin an NYC outfit - it will sit alongside the other agencies in our small network. I’m aware that NYC salaries are proportionally much larger than the UK, and therefore want a figure that will both be fair and appropriate to me, but also realistic to the UK commercials. Working with clients who know nothing about advertising is so frustrating. They literally can't tell the difference between a PDF, working file, comp, image, etc. One of my clients just sent a PDF as a final file to a publisher instead of the final image. 😅

Hi! I’m looking to collect some salary data for other Director/VP level folks within the PM or Operations field. I am a Director PM with ~10yrs experience & have been with my company for 4 years. For the past year in this role, I have been responsible for running 12-14 accounts simultaneously, ~$60M in revenue, ~185 employees, and my current salary is $150k. I am well aware that a handful of my peers make $160k+ but curious as to what others in the industry feel is fair.

Recruiters: There are TONS of insanely talented creatives trying to land ACD roles who deserve their shot! Quit being so fucking lackadaisical and help them! I’d hire them if I could, but I can’t.
