Is $130k base good for a product analyst in a SF (no bonus, still waiting for options)? Currently 2 YOE at $120k in MCOL city

Hi Strategy& fish! Quick questions. I recently applied for a SA role at Strategy& on the HIA payer/provider team. I have an MPH from a top program and 1.5 YoE (I'm currently a consulting analyst on the provider side). Should I also apply for the Associate level position or no? Also what should I expect in terms of the company culture, team, and compensation?

Should I jump? FDD M2, received offer from Amazon to be a senior financial analyst. Comp level is similar, has no interests in becoming a partner in the future.

What is the typical comp range for Lead Business Analyst I role at BCG? Based in Boston.

What’s the typical starting salary (base and bonus) for a VC analyst?

What do you guys think the pay would be for a sustainability analyst? I saw a job posting but didn’t mention an expected salary.

£50-60K was suggested as a reasonable estimate in another bowl. Thoughts?

Need assistance evaluating an offer to join an LS startup to be their commercial launch manager. $200k total cash comp (base+bonus) and $100k stock option grant

Cash is slightly lower than my current comp
Option could be worth up to $300k if current analyst reports are accurate.

Will work directly with head of commercial and each of his direct reports.

Think it is really important for us to be able to talk openly about comp across firms. What ranges of salary do your firms have at the junior level? Below is my understanding at Deloitte,but others please correct me if you know of anything different for Commercial Consulting. I know titles will also be different across forms but should be able to match them up.

Level 1: Analyst - $80-90k
Level 2: Consultant: $90-110k
Level 3: Senior Consultant (post MBA): $140-165k
Level 4: Manager : $150-180k

What would be the salary range for a Senior Digital Analyst at McKinsey?

Facing an interesting dilemma about compensation vs title and looking for advice. I am currently a Senior Manager in the industry (work in Financial Systems). I recently got an offer for a Senior Business Analyst role (total compensation of $250K) in the same city - my current comp is $170K. The role is a major step down in title and responsibilities but gives me almost 50% increase in TC. The only reason interviewed at all is the TC.

I have 1.5 YOE in MC and was recently contacted about an opportunity for a data analyst role in private equity. I’m pretty clueless about the space, but comp is an 85% pay raise and the work generally sounds interesting. Has anyone exited to a similar role? What’s career growth like? My goal is to go to in house for media / entertainment industry, hopefully become an executive. TIA :)

What’s the average salary for an analyst in tech with 1 YOE in SF? Have a consulting offer for $95K in NYC (currently in NY), seeing what I should ask for to make that location jump worth it

Does it make sense to go from a Senior Analyst title in the industry to just an “Associate” title at a big 4 firm. The work itself would give me more exposure and salary is 10% more with a bonus. Does that look bad from a career perspective?

1.5 years at D, analyst currently making TC of 75k, located in tier 2 city. Looking at making a move to a boutique firm for about a TC of 105-110k. From a comp perspective it obviously makes sense, but is it worth it to stay at a B4 for the sake of better learning opportunities, networking, and the name, or take the salary hike from a relatively small firm with less tangible and intangible benefits, possibly also less growth opportunities? Anyone been in a similar situation?

What’s a good London salary for a senior analyst position?

Any insight about CSG Strategy & Analytics Analyst / Senior Analyst would be appreciated. I have relevant experience and am interested. Curious about salary / how S&A functions differently from other parts of CSG

Currently make $65k (total comp excluding bonus around ~$74k) as a GP accounting analyst in NYC. I'm four years out of college (liberal arts major lol...) and prior to this role I did two years at a bank in fund onboarding. I don't have a CPA or anything like that & I've only taken the SIE. Realistically, can I ask for a raise this year? I've been at the same salary level since late 2017 :/
