Does anybody know what the first year HL analyst TAS FDD salary is? Or if you come in as a second year analyst?

current S2 in accounting advisory and got an offer from Salesforce for senior financial analyst. Offer is 10% more than my current salary. What should I do. Thanks

Hi Fishes, I'm currently working as a Business Analyst having 1 YOE. I currently feel like I'm being under paid looking at the skills and value I've brought to the company,I didn't negotiate well enough at the time of joining as I was just a fresher and was unaware of negotiating tactics.

Is it dumb to take a new role at a lower title but higher total comp? I’m currently an associate product manager at an agency supporting federal clients. I have an exit opportunity as a product analyst at an established healthcare tech company. Current role is about leading a team to build/enhance products. Exit op would be less implementation focused.
Current comp as APM: $83k
Comp for potential new role: $113k

Should I strive for higher compensation still? Or is this the max I could get in today's market? I can't compromise with the role and domain though.

I work at a boutique (currently ~14 bankers and 10 back office roles).

Joined in august. Since august, 3 senior bankers (MD / VP) 1 HR director, and now 2 analysts have left for great opportunities. To be honest I’m happy and like my role, plus it’s too early to think about switching firms already.

What is a good salary for financial analyst in Bay Area 2YOE. Late stage startup but also wondering what FAANG and other big tech pay.

I’m here being humble, no ego with my ears open. I didn’t have the straight path to success like some people did but I landed an Analyst position at Deloitte. I had some entrepreneurial experiences before Deloitte but nothing successful. I’m here to ask for mentorship or advice from people that have 10M plus net worth. I am a test analyst for last 2.6 years and have planned to switch next year to a new company. But recently I got an opportunity for BA role in my team which is my aspiration. So is it worth to stay in same company for 4 years and don't get a promotion and only explore the new role or j should I make a jump for test analyst role and increase my salary. I am really confused!
