EY vs PwC
I’m currently an M @EY and might consider moving to PwC as SM in the next months.
I love my current job, projects and the management at EY, but moving to PwC would give me about 20% raise (M—> SM transition).
At EY i need to wait until 2024 for SM (maybe 2023 - if I discuss my aspirations with my Partner, with whom I share very cordial connect).
What is the advice of fellow fish bowlers: stay with EY (familiar environment) or move to PwC (more salary, no connections) ?
I have 15+ yoe in US and international healthcare (clinical ops, mgmt, prod imp, apms), 10+ of which have been in non-trad consulting roles. I don’t have a masters but am applying now. I’ve been contracting on a number of fed projects for BAH with VA, HHS, etc for 5 years as SME/imp spec.
I’ve was offered a fed healthcare ops specialist role at Booz Allen Hamilton at associate level $140K. I was originally told that the role was a lead. Growth and title are imp. to me. Is this salary low?
